SUMMARY:
Former clinical Neuropsychologist with
over 15 years of full time trial consulting experience as founder and
president of LRT. Specializing in civil defense, Dr. Boyll has assisted
Fortune 500 companies with successful defense results and developed
innovative jury research procedures that have played a pivotal role in
hundreds of high profile, large exposure cases. Dr. Boyll has been
featured by local and national media for expert jury analysis on numerous
occasions. Due to their experience and specialized expertise in certain types of litigation consulting,
LRT utilizes the following independent expert to better serve the needs of our clients.
SUMMARY:
Dr. Fred Wechsler is a clinical
psychologist with experience in trial consulting, mock trials, focus
groups and trial strategy. His areas of expertise include product liability,
personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation, construction
defects, nursing home and skilled nursing facility neglect, among others.
Dr. Wechsler holds a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, a Psy.D
from Wright State University, and is a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology
awarded by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). He
has published a number of articles and has presented numerous papers
at National and International Conferences in Neuropsychology, Rehabilitation,
and Health Psychology.
SUMMARY:
Dr. Thomas Warneka is a consulting
psychologist with over ten years experience evaluating focus group
research. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy – Professional Psychology
from The Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is the Founder and
President of Behavioral Science Consultants. He is a member of the
American Psychological Association, Society of Consulting Psychologists,
Institute of Management Consultants and The American Society of Trial
Consultants.
